About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical water infrastructure projects across remote Pilbara operations. Based in Perth, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of two major capital projects:
- Replacement of an operational potable water network.
- Design, construction and commissioning of a new wastewater treatment plant servicing an existing accommodation village.
The Project Manager will lead all phases of project delivery, from planning and procurement through to construction, commissioning and handover, while ensuring continuity of essential services, stakeholder alignment, and safe project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk and reporting.
- Oversee engineering consultants, contractors and specialist vendors.
- Develop and execute construction and commissioning strategies in live operating environments.
- Manage site and stakeholder interfaces, including operational, maintenance and village teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Drive contractor performance and commercial outcomes.
- Facilitate project governance, approvals and handover activities.
About You
- Proven experience delivering water, wastewater, utilities or infrastructure projects.
- Strong project leadership and contractor management skills.
- Experience working in remote, mining or industrial environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
- Willingness to travel regularly to remote Pilbara sites.
What Success Looks Like
- Safe and efficient project delivery.
- Successful replacement of critical potable water infrastructure with minimal operational disruption.
- Delivery and commissioning of a fully operational wastewater treatment plant.
- Achievement of project objectives for cost, schedule, quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
