KONE are looking for a Project Manager to join our Modernisation team in Adelaide. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects and take ownership of cost control, quality outcomes, time and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.

What will you be doing?

• •Proactively manage communication with customers and key stakeholders throughout the installation process
• •Manage risk reviews and status updates
• •Ensure adherence with clearly defined procedures and guidelines
• •Achieve KONE's safety targets by driving/ maintaining a safety focused culture
• •Ensuring compliance to policy requirements
• •Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to support pre-tender and tender activities, contributing to successful project outcomes

What are we looking for?

• •Project Management qualification desirable
• •Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management
• •Previous experience within a commercial environment, ideally across the building, construction, or service sectors
• •Demonstrated project management experience across multiple concurrent projects
• •Strong influencing and negotiation sills
• •Resilient and persevering approach
