Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving end-to-end RAN integration activities across 4G/5G deployment projects. The role will work closely with RAN engineers, technical leads, operations, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and overall project governance.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage end-to-end RAN Integration project planning and execution.
• •Track site integration progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• •Coordinate with L1/L2 engineers, technical leads, vendors, and support teams for smooth execution.
• •Drive daily/weekly governance meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
• •Monitor site readiness, integration readiness, and rollout progress.
• •Manage escalations and support resolution of technical and operational blockers.
• •Track KPIs, productivity, delivery performance, and project status.
• •Ensure proper coordination for maintenance windows, change activities, migrations, and upgrades.
• •Prepare management reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
• •Support resource planning, workload allocation, and execution prioritization.
• •Ensure adherence to defined processes, timelines, quality, and customer requirements.

Required Skills

• •Experience in Telecom / RAN / 4G / 5G deployment or integration projects.
• •Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• •Good understanding of RAN integration lifecycle and telecom rollout processes.
• •Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.
• •Strong communication, reporting, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.

Preferred Experience

• •6+ years of overall experience, with relevant experience in telecom project management / RAN integration.
• •Prior experience working with large-scale network rollout, migration, or integration programs is preferred.
