Preferred Background:

• •6 months – 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles (internships included)
• •Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, JIRA etc.)
• •Basic understanding of enterprise processes like Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or SCM is a plus
• •Interest in SaaS, procurement tech, or Source-to-Pay platforms
• •Strong analytical and documentation skills

4. What You will do

• •Support project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering implementation projects
• •Coordinate between internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
• •Assist in gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirements
• •Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and dashboards for stakeholders
• •Help identify project risks and assist in mitigating them proactively
• •Learn and follow SmartDocs' delivery methodologies and best practices
• •Engage with clients under the guidance of senior team members
• •Take ownership of smaller project modules or internal initiatives as you grow
