  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Select and qualify workshops in collaboration with Quality and Purchasing Engineers.
  • 2. Define project execution strategies and manage project risks with contingency plans in place.
  • 3. Expedite manufacturing and delivery schedules in close coordination with the Expeditor.
  • 4. Take full ownership of project quality, on-time delivery, and cost management.
  • 5. Serve as the primary liaison with suppliers on technical and commercial project matters.
  • 6. Travel to workshops and job sites as required.
  • 7. Ensure timely customer payments and maintain positive cash flow for the project.
  • 8. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
  • Qualifications:
  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design or a related field.
  • 2. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing equipment industry; experience in mining, bulk material handling, or heavy equipment is preferred.
  • 3. Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
  • 4. Strong technical background in mechanical design and manufacturing processes, with proven project execution capabilities.
  • 5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with cross-functional teams.
  • 6. PMP certification is a plus.
