Your Role

Carl Zeiss Vision UK is looking for a driven and ambitious Project Manager / Change professional to play a key role in delivering our UK & Ireland growth strategy as part of #Agenda30 and beyond.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape the local change agenda, leading a portfolio of projects and business change initiatives that support our continued growth. The role of Project Manager will involve:

• •Delivering a portfolio of projects and business change initiatives across the UK&I business
• •Defining project scope, deliverables, and success measures
• •Building and managing detailed project plans, adapting as priorities evolve
• •Coordinating resources, assigning tasks, and managing stakeholders
• •Monitoring project performance to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• •Managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
• •Providing clear project updates and reports to senior stakeholders and steering groups
• •Supporting enterprise risk management and continuous improvement in project practices

Your Experience

• •Degree qualified (or equivalent)
• •Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, including planning, estimation, requirements gathering and PID creation
• •Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Wrike, MS Project, Excel) and Microsoft Office
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Strong problem-solving ability and confidence working under pressure
• •Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• •Professional project management certification (e.g. APM)
