  • Deine AufgabenDu machst aus komplexen Briefings starke Erlebnisse. Für unsere mittelgroßen und großen B2B-Events – von Konferenzen und Tagungen bis zu Business Festivals – suchen wir ein Organisationstalent mit Konzeptstärke und Freude an internationalen Projekten.
  • Du steuerst B2B-Events von der Konzeption bis zur Abrechnung.
  • Du entwickelst Veranstaltungskonzepte und berätst unsere Kund*innen.
  • Du findest passende Locations und koordinierst Reisen, Transfers und Unterkünfte.
  • Du steuerst Dienstleister, Gewerke, Zeitpläne und Projektbudgets.
  • Du koordinierst die Umsetzung vor Ort – national und international.
  • Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung im Event- oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit mittelgroßen und großen B2B-Events.
  • Organisationstalent, technisches Verständnis und ein gutes Gespür für Kund*innen und Teams.
  • Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise – auch wenn es mal turbulent wird.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft.
  • In den Hochsaisonmonaten Juni und September bist du zeitweise zwei bis drei Wochen (exkl. Wochenendenden) für Projekte unterwegs.
  • Wochenendarbeit ist sehr selten und beschränkt sich in der Regel auf An- oder Abreisen.
