Project Planning & Execution

• •Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for data center construction.
• •Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• •Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• •Oversee design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
• •Ensure compliance with Uptime Institute, TIA-942, ASHRAE, IEEE, CIDB, BOMBA, and Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations.

Stakeholder & Contractor Management

• •Lead cross-functional teams including CSA, MEP, electrical, and ELV engineers.
• •Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring work is completed as per specifications.
• •Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and resolve challenges.
• •Serve as the main point of contact for clients, regulatory authorities, and internal management.

Risk Management & Compliance

• •Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
• •Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• •Conduct quality control audits, inspections, and compliance checks throughout the project.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• •Supervise system integration, load testing, and commissioning of data center infrastructure.
• •Ensure smooth handover of completed data centers with as-built documentation and maintenance plans.
• •Collaborate with operations teams to optimize long-term facility performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• •5 years or more experience in managing large-scale data center, mission-critical, or industrial construction projects.
• •Strong knowledge of MEP, electrical, civil, and ELV systems in data centers.
• •Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
