Deep-diving into challenges: We thoroughly listen to and identify the true challenges and latent needs of our customers. This is conducted in collaboration with the Sales team.

Strategic DX Proposals: Utilizing the latest digital technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud, Data Analytics, etc.), we plan and propose optimal DX strategies that lead to business model transformation, operational efficiency, and the creation of new businesses. We work alongside client companies after the solution is implemented.

Transformation Partne rs: We are more than just proposers; we act as partners who work closely with customers to drive transformation from implementation and adoption to achieving results.

• As our business expands, we are looking for individuals who can serve as Project Managers (PMs) capable of driving DX at Rakuten Mobile, or individuals who aspire to become PMs.

• We provide end-to-end support, from planning to execution, for DX (Digital Transformation) strategies that solve our clients' business challenges through digital technology and establish competitive advantages. We co-create our clients' future through not just IT implementation, but also business model transformation, business process re-engineering, and the creation of new customer experiences.

• Our work is a creative challenge that turns our customers' "impossible" into "possible."

• ・Deep-diving into challenges / Strategy planning:
• Deeply understand the customer's business, operations, and IT environment to identify latent issues and needs. Propose optimal DX strategies and roadmaps using the latest digital technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud, Data Analytics, etc.) that lead to business model transformation and operational efficiency.

• ・Solution design and Project management:
• Based on the strategy, conduct concrete solution design and requirement definitions, and lead the overall implementation project.

• ・Effect verification and Continuous improvement:
• Measure the effectiveness after implementation, evaluate KPI achievement and ROI, and provide continuous improvement proposals and advice for the next DX steps.

• 3.Stakeholders
• You will work closely with the management, business divisions, and IT departments of client companies. Internally, you will collaborate with the Sales department, which acts as the initial point of contact, as well as various solution departments and R&D departments that possess technical expertise. You will also cooperate with external technology vendors and consulting firms to build optimal solutions.

• You are responsible for leading the entire process from "strategy formulation" to "execution support" and "result creation" for the realization of the client's DX. Specifically, our scope of responsibility includes the validity of the DX strategy, the feasibility of the proposal, the successful promotion of the project, and the contribution to the customer's business outcomes.

DX Engineering Group: 8 members

DX Solution Team: 4 members

• Mobile Coordinator Team: 3 members
• Our team is composed of members with diverse backgrounds-not only those from the IT/mobile industry but also those with experience in consulting firms, service launches, and those who have served as business heads and achieved profitability in a short period. Each member contributes to the department and projects by leveraging their respective expertise and experience.
• Therefore, even if you have experience in a different industry, you can fully utilize the knowledge and skills you have cultivated in this new environment.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Applicants without prior experience in this specific role are welcome to apply.

・Experience in a consulting firm (3+ years), OR successful experience in proposal-based sales with long-term relationship building with customers and a strong interest in consulting or PM work. Alternatively, experience as a solution implementation lead, accompanying customers on their long-term DX adoption journey (3+ years).

・Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

・Experience with the entire process of equipment ordering, delivery, and after-sales support.

・Fluent in Japanese (as clients are Japanese companies).

・English proficiency: TOEIC score of 600 or higher (or equivalent qualification).

Desired Qualifications:

Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or equivalent)
