Project Manager Europe (m/f/d)

## Your mission

• •You will independently manage our projects across various European markets, keeping a close eye on timelines, budgets, and quality.
• •On our construction sites, you coordinate relevant stakeholders, conduct site meetings, and ensure reliable follow-up on open issues and agreed actions.
• •As a central point of contact, you ensure transparent and purposeful collaboration between customers, partners, and internal teams.
• •Claim management is also part of your responsibilities: you identify deviations and project risks early on and follow up on them consistently.
• •By closely monitoring the execution of PBT’s contracts, you contribute to smooth and reliable project delivery.
• •Regular travel to our European project sites allows you to stay close to the projects, support important decisions on site, and maintain a clear overview of the project status.

## Your profile

• •You speak and write French and Spanish fluently and also have a good command of German or English for communication within our international organization.
• •A degree or comparable qualification in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field forms the foundation of your expertise.
• •With at least 3 years of professional experience in project management, you are familiar with the requirements of complex technical projects, ideally in an international environment.
• •Technical concepts are not just theory to you – you know how to apply your expertise confidently in day-to-day project work and on construction sites.
• •A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach, combined with a keen sense of priorities, characterizes the way you manage your projects.
• •Strong social and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a willingness to travel regularly within Europe complete your profile.
