The Position:

• •Assist with project scheduling, coordination, budgets, progress reports, and weekly project schedules.
• •Support quantity reporting, cost tracking, labor budgets, and material scheduling.
• •Communicate with Construction Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain project updates.
• •Assist with material requisitions, project documentation, and general project administration.
• •Participate in jobsite visits and observe construction activities, progress, and quality.
• •Assist with addressing project delays, weather impacts, and other jobsite challenges.
• •Support site safety efforts and participate in owner, subcontractor, and project meetings.
• •Assist with quality control and building positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and project team members.

Requirements:

• •Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• •Self-starter and ability to work independently.
• •Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
