#### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Projektsteuerung sowie zentrale Ansprechperson (m/w/d) für Kunden, Partner und interne Stakeholder über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
  • Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Planung, Aufbau und fachliche Führung des Projektteams einschließlich Entwicklung einer effizienten Projektorganisationsstruktur
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Arbeitsstrukturplänen und Arbeitspaketbeschreibungen zur Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Projektdurchführung
  • Planung und Steuerung von Budget, Ressourcen, Zulieferern und Unterauftragnehmern sowie Überwachung der Projektkosten und des Mitteleinsatzes
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und aktive Steuerung von Projektrisiken einschließlich Definition und Umsetzung geeigneter Risikominderungsmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Projektziele durch die koordinierte Planung von Verifikations- und Zulassungsaktivitäten sowie durch kontinuierliches Monitoring von Fortschritt, Kosten, Terminen und Ressourcen

#### Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Entwicklungsprojekte sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Verifikation elektronischer Systeme, idealerweise im Raumfahrtumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, Risikomanagement und der Fortschrittskontrolle sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit relevanten ECSS-Standards und Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische, organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Problemlösungsorientierung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in multidisziplinären und internationalen Teams
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Projektteams mit ausgeprägter Entscheidungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie der Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und Aufgaben effektiv zu delegieren
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Kundenorientierung sowie gute Kenntnisse des Raumfahrtmarktes; verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
