#### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung nationaler und internationaler (Teil-)Projekte im Bereich Satellitenbodensysteme
  • Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von (Teil-)Projekten hinsichtlich Leistung, Terminen und Kosten
  • Überwachung des Projektfortschritts sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an die Programmleitung Earth Observation & Reconnaissance
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kund:innen, das Projektteam sowie projekt externe Stakeholder, beispielsweise Teamleiter:innen
  • Organisation, Steuerung und Motivation interdisziplinärer Projektteams
  • Unterstützung der Programmleitung bei Reporting-, Planungs- und strategischen Themen
  • Sicherstellung einer effektiven Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten

#### Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Empathie sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und erfolgreich zu führen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte, idealerweise in der Luft- und Raumfahrt oder im Umfeld öffentlicher Auftraggeber
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Reisebereitschaft
