Project Manager – New Store Rollouts

Role Context

At abcoffee, speed, consistency, and capital discipline matter as much as great coffee.

The Project Manager – New Store Rollouts is responsible for executing new outlet projects end-to-end -from handover to launch -ensuring every store opens on time, within budget, and to brand standards.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving closure.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Outlet Project Execution

Own the end-to-end execution of new outlet projects post-site finalisation

Ensure outlets are delivered on time, within approved cost, and as per design & quality benchmarks

Track daily progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks on site

2. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, signage, HVAC, equipment and furniture vendors

Ensure clear scope alignment, timelines, and deliverables for each vendor

Manage on-site execution and quality checks

3. Cost & Timeline Control

Track project budgets and flag overruns early

Ensure projects adhere to approved BOQs and cost estimates

Maintain strict discipline on timelines, dependencies, and handover dates

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with internal teams: Operations, SCM, Design, Finance, and City Teams

Ensure seamless handover from Projects to Operations at launch readiness stage.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain project trackers for:

o Timeline status

o Cost vs budget

o Vendor performance

Share regular progress updates with stakeholders

Close projects with proper documentation and learnings
