  • Unterstützung komplexer IT-Infrastruktur- und Serviceprojekte
  • Projektcontrolling hinsichtlich Terminen, Meilensteinen, Kosten und Qualität
  • Koordination von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen und Risiken in der Projektplanung
  • Aufbau und Umsetzung des Anforderungs- und Changemanagements
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Protokollen
  • Organisation regelmäßiger Projekttermine und der Projektkommunikation
  • Verwaltung der Projektablage und Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Sonderthemen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium, IT-Ausbildung oder mindestens sechs Jahre IT-Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens vier Jahre Erfahrung in der Organisation oder Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte sowie im PMO
  • PMO-Praxis: mindestens zwei Jahre nach Studium oder fünf Jahre nach Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement
  • IPMA Level C, PMP oder PRINCE2 Practitioner sowie PSM/PSPO oder CAPM
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office und Visio
  • Praxis im Risiko-, Anforderungs- und Changemanagement
  • Moderations-, Präsentations- und fachliche Führungskompetenz
  • Deutsch mindestens C1 sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
