Project Operations Manager (m/w/d)

• DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking an experienced Project Operations Manager
• (m/f/d) for a company in the finance sector in Frankfurt am Main. In
• this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, aligning
• stakeholders, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and supporting
• the successful implementation of project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• •Manage and coordinate ongoing projects, ensuring objectives,
• deadlines, and expectations are met
• •Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and external
• stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• •Track project performance, identify potential challenges, and
• develop solutions to keep projects on schedule
• •Prepare project reports and presentations, coordinate follow-up
• activities, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and
• processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project
• Management, or a related field- At least 4 years of experience in
• project management or coordination, ideally in an international
• environment
• •Strong skills in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder
• management
• •Good understanding of IT environments and technical processes
• •Excellent English skills; German is a plus
