This role leads both emergent and enduring projects that drive operational efficiency, automation, AI integration, and tooling innovation across the organization. The Project Manager brings together multi-disciplinary teams to rapidly iterate on solutions—whether addressing known problems, conducting root-cause analysis, or managing crises in real time. This individual is a proactive change agent who filters through competing priorities to focus the organization on the highest-impact work.

- Drive rapid iteration cycles, bringing together cross-functional teams to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Own the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and closeout
- Balance a diverse portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple domains and disciplines
- Identify and execute on opportunities to improve processes, eliminate waste, and increase operational velocity
- Champion and drive adoption of automation, AI-powered solutions, and tooling enhancements across the organization
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and documentation that scale with the team
- Lead cross-functional response efforts during operational crises, ensuring rapid triage, coordination, and resolution
- Conduct thorough root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Maintain composure and clarity under pressure, guiding teams through ambiguity to resolution
- Partner effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, cross-org collaborators)
- Communicate complex information clearly and concisely—both verbally and in writing—to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership
- Provide regular, structured status updates, executive summaries, and impact reports
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and working sessions that drive decisions and outcomes
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, measure impact, and surface actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-6 years of program management, project management, or operational leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to effectively filtering signal from noise to focus on the most impactful work
- Deep comfort with data analytics: able to query, interpret, and act on data to drive decisions
- Track record of driving automation, process improvement, or AI integration initiatives
- Self-starter who is proactive, organized, and disciplined in managing competing priorities
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in response to shifting conditions, environments, and organizational needs
- Strong interpersonal skills; builds trust and collaborates effectively across teams and with external partners
- Ability to effect change in complex organizations through influence, not just authority

- Change management certification or equivalent experience (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
