  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Unternehmens-, Bereichs- und Markteintrittsstrategien zur nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender sowie Konzeption neuer Geschäftsmodelle im internationalen Umfeld
  • Strategische Steuerung internationaler M&A- und Kooperationsprojekte - vom Start-up bis zum Großkonzern
  • Durchführung und Bewertung komplexer Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Portfolioanalysen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung ausgewählter Führungskräfte auf Corporate- und Divisionsebene bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Projekte
  • Bearbeitung strategischer Ad-hoc-Anfragen des Vorstands
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Ingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer Strategieabteilung eines größeren Unternehmens oder in der Strategieberatung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in PowerPoint und Excel
  • Kenntnisse und Verständnis der Verteidigungsindustrie von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Selbstständige, proaktive und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein souveränes Auftreten
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Motivation, die nachhaltige Entwicklung des Konzerns aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
