  • Von der Aufmaßerstellung zur Projektabwicklung, bis hin zur termingerechten Umsetzung unserer Baustellen, erschließt sich dem Projekt- bzw. Bauleiter ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet in der technischen Isolierung.
  • Aufgaben:
  • > Aufmaßerstellung, Kalkulation, Angebotsbearbeitung und Auftragsabwicklung
  • > Eigenständige Bauleitung und Projektführung
  • > Koordination der Monteure
  • > direkter Kontakt mit Kunden, Fremdfirmen und Unterlieferanten
  • > termingerechte und wirtschaftliche Umsetzung von Bauprojekten
  • > Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften auf den Baustellen

Anforderungen bzw Qualifikationen:

  • > erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Isolierung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • > mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • > sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • > Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • > strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • > Verhandlungsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
  • > Führerschein Klasse B
  • > gute Englischkenntnisse
