Projekt-/Vertriebsassistenz (w/m/d) in Neuenrade

  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs-/Projektteams in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Anliegen des Tagesgeschäftes und in der Projektabwicklung
  • Erstellen von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen sowie Angebotspräsentationen nach technischer Vorgabe
  • Dokumentation und Pflege der Projektdokumente
  • Koordination, Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen und Dienstreisen
  • Eigenständige Erstellung von Angeboten für Ersatzteile und Serviceeinsätze
  • Kundenkorrespondenz
  • Recherche- und Akquisetätigkeiten
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, bevorzugt zum/r Industriekaufmann/-frau, ein Quereinstieg mit vorhandener Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenzposition ist jedoch ebenso möglich
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen und eine hohe Kunden- und Teamorientierung
  • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, zusätzlich gerne weitere Fremdsprachen
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
