  • Vollzeit, überwiegend Innendienst
  • Bis zu 40 % Homeoffice-Option in der Woche
  • Gelegentliche Baustellenbesuche in Bayern und Österreich

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kaufmännisch-technische Organisation und Steuerung von Baustellen bzw. Hallenbauprojekten (Stahlhallen in Systembauweise), hauptsächlich im Innendienst
  • Ansprechperson für Monteure, Bauherren und unternehmensinterne Abteilungen
  • Projektbezogener operativer Einkauf von Bauelementen wie z.B. Türen, Tore, Fenster
  • Auftragsbezogene Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten
  • Überwachung der Liefertermine und Projektkosten

### Ihr Profil (m/w/d):

  • Kaufmännische Qualifikation und technisches Verständnis
  • Alternativ technische Qualifikation mit fundierter kaufmännischer Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännisch-technischen Projektabwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Baubranche bzw. der Koordination von Baustellen ist von Vorteil
  • Lösungsorientierung , verantwortungsbewusste, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent , insbesondere bei außerplanmäßigen Herausforderungen wie z.B. Terminverschiebungen
  • Partnerschaftliche Kommunikation und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise einem ERP-System
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2)
