Zur Verstärkung unserer Abrechnungsabteilung suchen wir:
Projektassistent (m/w/d)
- Erstellen und Ausführen einer gesamten Baustellenabrechnung
- Aufmaßerstellung und Abrechnungs- / Bestandsplanbearbeitung
- Mengenermittlung und Rechnungsteilung
- Erkennen und Ausarbeiten von Nachtragspotenzialen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam, Assistenz der Bauleitung
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, gerne mit Berufserfahrung in der Abrechnung von Bauleistungen
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Abrechnungssoftware, idealerweise iTWO
- Eigenverantwortliches, projekt- und zielorientiertes Arbeiten
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Ein abwechslungsreiches und vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet
