#### Aufgaben

Für unseren Kunden in Umkirch suchen wir, im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung, eine Projektassistenz (m/w/d).

Du hast eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, hast Organisationstalent sowie erste Erfahrung in den Bereichen Bauabwicklung und Planung?

  • Koordination der Baustellen aus dem Innendienst heraus
  • Unterstützung des Bauleiters in der Bauabwicklung
  • Beauftragung sowie Betreuung von Fremdfirmen
  • Kaufm. Betreuung der Baustellen von der Kalkulation über die Auftragsabwicklung bis zur Schlussrechnung
  • Ermittlung und Einkauf von Materialbedarfen
  • Terminkoordination und Berichtswesen

#### Anforderung

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Bauabwicklung und Planung wünschenswert
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Organisierter und kooperativer Arbeitsstil
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
