  • die unsere Bauleitung organisatorisch und administrativ unterstützt.

✍️ Deine Aufgaben

  • 🧩 Rundumbetreuung von Projekten – Organisation, Kommunikation & alles, was zum reibungslosen Ablauf dazugehört
  • 📂 Unterstützung der Projekt- und Bauleitung im Tagesgeschäft
  • 📅 Termin- und Dokumentenmanagement für Bauprojekte
  • 📑 Erstellung und Pflege projektbezogener Unterlagen
  • 📞 Kommunikation mit Bauherren, Behörden & Nachunternehmern
  • 📈 Vorbereitung von Abrechnungen & Nachträgen
  • 📋 Mitarbeit bei Ausschreibungen & Planungsunterlagen

✅ Dein Profil

  • 🎓 Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (idealerweise im Bauwesen)
  • 🛠️ Erste Erfahrung in der Projekt- oder Bauassistenz wünschenswert
  • 🧠 Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative & Teamgeist
  • 💻 Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (v. a. Excel & Outlook)
  • 🗣️ Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift (C1)
