Für unser Büro in Offenbach suchen wir eine organisierte und zuverlässige Projektassistenz zur Unterstützung unserer Bauleitung.

Die Stelle ist in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit zu besetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Schriftverkehr und Korrespondenz mit Auftraggebern, Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung bei Aufmaßen und Abrechnungen
  • Verwaltung von Rechnungseingängen und Rechnungsausgängen
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

Das bringen Sie mit:

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung.

Sie arbeiten strukturiert, selbstständig und behalten auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.

Erfahrung im Baugewerbe ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

Fließende Deutschkenntnisse runden ihr Profil ab.
