IMF ist eine erfahrene Ingenieurgesellschaft mit 8 Standorten in Deutschland und einer großen Zahl an erfolgreichen Projekten weltweit. Seit 1994 planen und beraten wir für alle Bereiche der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung.

Bei über 275 Mitarbeiter:innen von der einen Identität zu sprechen, klingt zunächst schwierig. Im Fall von IMF gelingt es aber dennoch. Was uns ausmacht und somit eint, ist die gelebte Vielfalt. IMF bietet Planungs- & Beratungsleistungen in folgenden Geschäftsbereich an:

  • Technische Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Industrielle Versorgung
  • Green Engineering
  • Facility Management
  • Schwimmbadtechnik
  • Unterstützung des Projektteams von der Planung bis zum Abschluss
  • Koordination von Terminen und Vorbereitung von Besprechungen inklusive Protokollführung
  • Prüfung der Nachträge sowie Eingangsrechnungen
  • Vorbereitung von Ausschreibungen, Prüfung eingehender Angebote und Erstellung von Vergabeempfehlungen
  • Ablage und Verwaltung von Projektdokumenten
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen
  • Umgang mit Projektplanungstools (z.B. ORCA AVA)
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau im Büromanagement oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Programmen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Erfahrung mit Projektplanungstools und in der TGA von Vorteil
  • Hohes Organisationsgeschick und strukturierter Arbeitsstil
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Kommunikatives Auftreten
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher
