Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Zuarbeit für die Leitung des Fachbereichs
  • Organisatorische Unterstützung in der Planung mit MS Project sowie des Projektmanagements
  • Angebotsbearbeitung von komplexen, technischen Bauteilen für Kunden im In- und Ausland
  • Abwicklung der Kundenkorrespondenz
  • Klärung und Ansprechpartner von internen Mitarbeitern
  • Auslösen von Bestellungen in SAP
  • Administration von Datenbanken

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung Industriekauffrau betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich oder Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Technische Affinität wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, MS Project und einem ERP-System
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise und organisatorisches Geschick
