Ihre Aufgaben:

Zuarbeit für die Leitung des Fachbereichs
Organisatorische Unterstützung in der Planung mit MS Project sowie des Projektmanagements
Angebotsbearbeitung von komplexen, technischen Bauteilen für Kunden im In- und Ausland
Abwicklung der Kundenkorrespondenz
Klärung und Ansprechpartner von internen Mitarbeitern
Auslösen von Bestellungen in SAP
Administration von Datenbanken

Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung Industriekauffrau betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich oder Vertriebsinnendienst
Technische Affinität wünschenswert
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, MS Project und einem ERP-System
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise und organisatorisches Geschick
