  • Kosteninformationen Anlage, Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von
  • Projektkontierungen in komplexen Listen und Systemumgebungen
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellanforderungen
  • und Bestellungen via SAP Abstimmung mit Controlling,
  • Projektkaufleuten, Einkauf und operativen Projektteams Überwachung
  • von Bestellstatus, Kontierungslogik, Kostenstellenzuordnung und
  • Abweichungen Erstellung und Pflege von Auswertungen, Statuslisten,
  • Forecast-Unterlagen und Projektübersichten Unterstützung bei
  • Monatsabschluss-, Forecast- und Budgetaktivitäten DEIN
  • QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder
  • Studium (BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.
  • ä.) Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling, PMO,
  • Einkaufssupport oder kaufmännischer Projektabwicklung Sicherer Umgang
  • mit SAP sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse (Pivot, Datenvalidierung,
  • Listenauswertungen) Sehr gutes Deutsch, gutes Englisch in Wort und
  • Schrift Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche
  • Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zahlenaffinität Belastbar bei hohem
  • Arbeitsvolumen und paralleler Bearbeitung vieler Vorgänge
  • Kommunikationsstark im Austausch mit verschiedenen internen
