Du möchtest an einem der bedeutendsten Luft- und Raumfahrtstandorte Deutschlands die Zukunft von Infrastruktur und Gebäudemanagement mitgestalten? Als Projektcontroller (m/w/d) Infrastruktur & Facility Management unterstützt Du strategische Projekte rund um Gebäudesanierung, Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung. Dabei arbeitest Du in einem dynamischen Umfeld an Lösungen, die den langfristigen Erfolg und die Weiterentwicklung des Standorts sichern.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • die Planung und Steuerung von Projekten im Rahmen strategischer Gebäudesanierungen
  • die Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Management-Briefings
  • die Unterstützung der Umsetzung der Decarbonization Strategy Vision 2030+
  • die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Preisprüfungen im Facility Management
  • die Unterstützung bereichsübergreifender FMRE-Projekte und Digitalisierungsinitiativen
  • die Mitwirkung in Steering Committees für Infrastrukturprojekte
  • die Bearbeitung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen und FISH-Meldungen
  • die Unterstützung des Projektcontrollings

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

  • ein abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • mindestens über 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Facility- und Immobilienmanagement
  • Kenntnisse im Projektcontrolling
  • sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit Google Suite/Gemini
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
