  • in Festanstellung: PROJEKTDIREKTOR PIPELINEBAU (M/W/D) DEIN
  • AUFGABENPROFIL Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung von
  • Pipeline-Großprojekten im Bereich Öl-, Gas- und Wasserstoffleitungen
  • Steuerung komplexer Bauvorhaben mit Projektvolumina ab 50 Mio. €
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von ca. 50 Angestellten sowie
  • bis zu 200 gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden Koordination und Zusammenarbeit
  • innerhalb von Arbeitsgemeinschaften (ARGE) Verantwortung für die
  • Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen Führung von
  • Vertrags- und Kundengesprächen sowie Verhandlungen mit Auftraggebern
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitssicherheitskultur auf
  • den Baustellen Steuerung interner und externer Projektbeteiligter
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Bereichsleitung DEIN
  • QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen
  • (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom) Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in
  • der Leitung von Infrastruktur- oder Pipelineprojekten Nachweisliche
  • Erfahrung auf der bauausführenden Seite Mehrjährige
  • Führungserfahrung innerhalb großer Projektorganisationen,
  • idealerweise im internationalen Kontext Verbindlicher und
  • wertschätzender Führungsstil Hohes Bewusstsein für
  • Arbeitssicherheit (HSE) Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Vertragsmanagement und
  • in der Projektsteuerung Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute
  • Englischkenntnisse Hohe Reisebereitschaft im mittel- und norddeutschen
