Ihr Wirkungsfeld

  • Erstellung von Konzepten, Entwürfen und Studien für Industrie- und Gewerbebauten in den Leistungsphasen 1–5 der HOAI
  • Entwurfsplanung von Wohnungs-, Sozial- und Sonderbauten gemäß den Leistungsphasen 1–5 der HOAI
  • Wirtschaftliche und gestalterische Planung anspruchsvoller Lösungen im Rahmen der Ausführungsplanung
  • Koordination und Integration von Fachplanungen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Gesamtplanungsteams

Ihre Expertise

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, des Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den oben genannten Tätigkeitsbereichen
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen in der Objektplanung, insbesondere in den Leistungsphasen 1–5 der HOAI
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Revit, branchenüblicher Software und praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung der BIM-Methodik
