Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Planungsunterlagen und baulichen Ausführungen für technische Gebäude und Infrastrukturanlagen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Zeichnungen sowie bautechnischer Dokumente unter Einsatz gängiger CAD-Software
  • Abstimmung technischer Schnittstellen mit angrenzenden Gewerken und Mitwirkung bei der Genehmigungsdokumentation
  • Überwachung und fachliche Bewertung von Baumaßnahmen sowie Unterstützung bei der Abnahme von Leistungen
  • Technisch-wirtschaftliche Zuarbeit bei der Kalkulation und Prüfung von Planungs- und Bauleistungen

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Qualifikation im Bauwesen, z. B. als Bauingenieur (m/w/d), Architekt (m/w/d) oder staatlich geprüfter
  • Bautechniker (m/w/d) – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Hoch- oder Tiefbau
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Bauprojekten, idealerweise im Bereich öffentliche oder industrieller Infrastruktur
  • Sicherer Umgang mit AutoCAD Revit oder vergleichbarer Software im 3D-Zeichenumfeld
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in der MS-Office-Standardsoftware
