### Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständiges Erstellen von Konzepten, definieren von Schnittstellen und Planung von technischen Systemen
  • Bearbeiten und Koordinieren von Neubauprojekten der Medienversorgung, Erweiterungen oder Umbauten bis hin zu Sanierungen
  • Koordinieren und Überwachen des Engineerings, der Montage und der Inbetriebnahme sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungen und Vergaben sowie Führen von Gesprächen und Verhandlungen mit Vertragspartnern
  • Übernahme der Fachprojektleitung bzw. Projektleitung für die Medienversorgung (Gas, Kühlwasser, Heizung, Lüftung, Kraftstoffversorgung usw.)

### Anforderungen:

  • Studium der Versorgungs-, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung; alternativ gerne Weiterbildung zum Techniker Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Klimatechnik (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Abwicklung von Investitionsmaßnahmen des Rohrleitungs- bzw. Anlagenbaus sowie der fachlichen Leitung von Projekten wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten sowie soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit Auftragnehmern, Kollegen und Vorgesetzten
