  • Software-Scripting der individuellen Zeitberechnung lt. Kundenwunsch bzw. Kollektivvertrag
  • Selbständige Identifizierung, Analyse und Behebung von technischen Problemen
  • Betreuung der Kunden, Überwachung der Produktqualität und Rückmeldung an das Entwicklerteam
  • Kundensupport per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem

Deine Eigenschaften

  • Du bist technisch affin und Skripten ist kein Fremdwort für dich
  • Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich und verfügst über lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Du bist teamorientiert und arbeitest akribisch
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und einen eigenen PKW
