Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden
  • Aufnahme des Kundenanliegen und Vermittlung an den richtigen Ansprechpartner
  • Eingehende Telefongespräche annehmen und weiterleiten
  • Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen und Zeitabrechnung
  • Unterstützung der Meister bei organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Auftragsabrechnung von technisch fertigen externen, internen und Garantieaufträgen
  • Abgleich und Aktualisierung der Kunden- und Fahrzeugstammdaten

Das erwarten wir von Ihnen:

  • Abgeschlossenen technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung in der Nutzfahrzeugtechnik-Branche
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Serviceassistent:In oder Serviceberater:In
  • Gute EDV - Kenntnisse und Hohe IT- Affinität
  • Hohes Engagement und sehr gute Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

Zusatzinformation

Für diese Position gilt ein KV-Mindestgehalt von monatlich EUR 2.947,89 brutto, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
