Zur Verstärkung unseres Planungsteams suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n Projektingenieur/in für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eigenverantwortlich die Planung und Projektleitung von Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen für anspruchsvolle Bauvorhaben im öffentlichen und privaten Sektor.

Als Teil unseres Teams profitieren Sie von über 50 Jahren Erfahrung in der TGA-Planung und arbeiten an Projekten, die nachhaltige und energieeffiziente Lösungen in den Mittelpunkt stellen.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung von HLS-Anlagen in den Leistungsphasen 1–9 nach HOAI
  • Projektsteuerung und Koordination mit Architekten, Bauherren und weiteren Fachplanern
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Kostenberechnungen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Bauüberwachung und Qualitätskontrolle auf der Baustelle
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Energiekonzepten und Nachhaltigkeitsbewertungen
  • Beratung der Bauherren zu energieeffizienten und wirtschaftlichen Anlagenlösungen

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Energietechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der TGA-Planung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software (Trimble Nova, AutoCAD) und Berechnungsprogrammen
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Vorschriften (GEG, DIN, VDI)
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Bauherren

### Wünschenswert

  • Erfahrung mit BIM-Methodik und modellbasierter Planung
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Passivhaus-Planung (PHPP)
  • Erfahrung in der öffentlichen Vergabe (VOB/VOL)
  • Führerschein Klasse B
