  • Verantwortung für die Realisierung von Entwicklungs- und Serienprojekten innerhalb der Matrixorganisation
  • Verbindliche Ansprechperson für Kunden
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb bei kaufmännischen Fragestellungen
  • Entwicklung von Konzepten und Lösungsansätzen auf Basis abgestimmter Projektplanungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferpartnern und Werkzeugbauern
  • Überwachung der Umsetzung der abgestimmten Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung des gesamten Produktentstehungsprozesses durch direkten Zugriff auf die Fachbereiche und zielgerichtete Steuerung der Projektfortschritte

## Einblicke in Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Master oder Dipl.-Ing. Maschinenbau/Kunststofftechnik)
  • Ausgeprägte konstruktive und planerische Fähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten und Grundkenntnisse der Informationssicherheit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Systemen (idealerweise CATIA V5) sowie den gängigen Entwicklungs- und Microsoft Office Tools
  • Erfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung, vorzugsweise in Composite-Technologien von Vorteil
  • Eigenständiges und selbstverantwortliches Arbeiten
