## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Abläufen zu Kosten, Terminen und Gebäudequalitäten anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte
  • Kostenkontrolle mittels der eigenen Software KOVO®
  • Terminplanung, Fortschrittsermittlung, Statusanalysen
  • Vielfältige Aufgaben in den Bereichen Projektsteuerung /-management, Technische Due Diligence, Monitoring und Controlling von in Planung oder im Bau befindlichen Immobilien

## Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Architektur- oder Bauingenieurwesen
  • ca. 1 – 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung / Ausführung oder Tätigkeit in der Baubranche erwünscht
  • Erfahrung in der Terminplanung von Projekt-, Planungs- und Bauabläufen
  • Integrationsfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und zielorientiertes Denken
  • Kenntnisse im Bau-, Planungs- und Vergaberecht (VOB, HOAI, AHO, VGV)
  • Erfahrung mit MS-Office und MS-Project
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
