  • Vorbereitung und Betreuung der Maschinenmontagen und/oder Service bzw.
  • Nachrüstungen bei Vertretungen bzw. Endkunden
  • aktives Projektmanagement, einschließlich Budgetkontrolle und Reporting
  • Betreuung der Maschinen im Gewährleistungszeitraum und darüber hinaus
  • Technische Prüfung von Anfragen der Kunden und Vertretern sowiedie Erstellung von Angeboten und Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Interne und externe Kommunikation mit dem Ziel höchster Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Projektarbeit, z. B. zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe oder der Verkaufsförderung im
  • Bereich After Sales
  • Kommunikations- und Koordinationsaufgaben mit unseren Vertriebs- und
  • Servicegesellschaften
  • Überprüfung der Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele bei Vertriebs- und Servicegesellschaften
  • Vorausgesetzte Kenntnisse:* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung:
  • Druck-/Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Technische Kenntnisse im Druck- oder Sondermaschinenbau sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Dokumentationen (z. B. Stücklisten, Zeichnungen)
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Google Workspace, SAP)
  • Reisebereitschaft inner- und außerhalb der EU (ca.30 %)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicheres und seriöses Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
