Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige Leitung von Bauprojekten im Spezialtiefbau
- Organisatorische, wirtschaftliche & technische Gesamtverantwortung der Projekte
- Führung des Baustellenteams & Überwachung der Projektvorgaben
- Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter/innen
- Verantwortung für die Implementierung und Einhaltung sämtlicher Arbeitsvorschriften
- Mitwirkung in der Angebotslegung
- Aktives kaufmännisches Baustellencontrolling
- Laufende Kontrolle und Steuerung des Bauablaufes
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene bautechnische/s Ausbildung/Studium
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter vorzugsweise in einem Bereich des Tiefbaus
- Sichere EDV-Kenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft & flexible Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Gutes und engagiertes Auftreten sowie hohe Verlässlichkeit
- Teamplayer
