Was Dich erwartet

  • Eigenständige Projektabwicklung (kfm. Aufmaßbearbeitung, Erfassen von Angeboten und Nachträgen sowie Abrechnung und Projektbetreuung)
  • Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Projektgesprächen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Projekt Kick Off gemeinsam mit dem Projektleiter
  • Bearbeitung von eingehenden Kundenanfragen
  • Koordination und Kontakt mit Mitarbeitern auf den Baustellen
  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation

Was Du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position/ in der Baubranche
  • Verständnis für Bauprozesse, Materialien, Bauzeichnungen und technische Normen
  • Erfahrung mit Leistungsverzeichnissen, VOB/B und Grundlagen der Bauabrechnung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Qualitäts- und kundenorientierte Handlungsweise
