  • Du steuerst und koordinierst Reparaturaufträge im Werk als Teil des In-Service-Support-Teams.

  • Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden.

  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Aufträge termingerecht, wirtschaftlich und in hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden.

  • Du vergibst Aufträge an interne Fachbereiche und externe Partner.

  • Du erstellst Kostenvoranschläge und Angebote.

  • Du bereitest kundenindividuelle Prüf- und Abnahmeunterlagen vor.

  • Du unterstützt das administrative Lagermanagement.
  • Fachliche Anforderungen
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Technikerin oder Fachwirtin – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Alternativ hast du eine technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit einer Zusatzqualifikation oder du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit SAP, insbesondere in den Modulen SD, CS und MM.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Angeboten.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell auf Deutsch und Englisch.
