Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Unterstützung in der Betreuung unserer Großkunden im türkischen/arabischen Raum
  • Auftragssteuerung und Datenmanagement im ERP-System sowie in Schnittstellen zu namhaften Automobilherstellern
  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung wesentlicher Projektziele
  • Unterstützung des Projektleiters bei der Auswertung relevanter KPIs
  • Moderation und Protokollierung von internen und externen Meetings

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Erfahrung in der administrativen Unterstützung von Projekten, idealerweise im Automobilsektor
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen insbesondere Excel
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie idealerweise gute Türkischkenntnisse
