## Aufgaben:

  • Koordination von BIM-basierten Bauprojekten über die Leistungsphasen hinweg
  • Kommunikation und Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Betriebs- und Projektteam vermitteln und den Informationsaustausch sicherstellen
  • Das Betriebsteam in Projektbesprechungen vertreten und Anforderungen erläutern
  • Operative Risiken erkennen, Maßnahmen abstimmen und deren Status nachverfolgen
  • Dokumentation und Stakeholder-Management

## Profil:

  • Studium Bauingenieur oder Techniker mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung mit CAD BIM 5D, idealerweise BIM 6D
  • Klare Kommunikationsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamplayer
