  • Zuarbeitung für die Projektleitung im Rahmen der Kursvorbereitung und Dokumentenerstellung, nach deren Vorgaben
  • Organisatorische Aufgaben im Rahmen der Kurorganisation
  • Organisatorische Betreuung der Lehrgangsteilnehmer vor Ort gemäß vertraglichen Rahmenbedingung
  • Adressierung von Bedarfen im Rahmen der Projektsteuerung an die Projektleitung
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Teilnehmern, Ausbildern und dem Projektleiter - offene Kommunikation sichern
  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Kursverlaufes vor Ort
  • Systematisches Erfassen, Dokumentieren und Weiterleiten von Problemen und Optimierungsbedarf an den Projektleiter
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung: Termonkoordination, Ressourcenüberblick (z.B. Räume, Materailien, Ausrüstung)
  • Pflege organisatorischer Abläufe und Teilnehmerunterlagen, Erstellung von Statusberichten und Checklisten
  • Unterstützung bei der Kogistik und Reiseplanung für Ausbilder oder Teilnehmer - bundesweite bzw. internationale Reisen
  • Fachliche Anforderungen
  • Was Sie mitbringen
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung ggf. Weiterbildung zum Meister oder kaufmännisch/ organisatorische Ausbildung mit Grundverständnis technischer Abläufe
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, sichere Umsetzung unter Zeitdruck
  • Hohe Reiseberitschaft, Führerschein PKW (Klasse B und höher)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise mit Projektmanagement-Tools oder SAP
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigneninitiative und Serviceorientierung
  • Englisch in Wort udn Schrift
  • Idealerwiese Erfahrung aus dem militärischen Umfeld - Kommunikation, Struktur und Disziplin als Plus
