Die DG-Project Service GmbH ist im Bereich Hotelrenovierung und Innenausbau tätig. Unsere Schwerpunkte liegen insbesondere bei Maler- und Tapezierarbeiten sowie Trockenbau. Unsere Projekte befinden sich in Deutschland und teilweise im europäischen Ausland.

Gesucht wird ein/e Projektkoordinator/in / Projektleiter/in Innenausbau (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Die Tätigkeit umfasst insbesondere:

  • Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Prüfung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Plänen und Mengen
  • Kalkulation und Angebotsvorbereitung
  • Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Bauleitungen und Nachunternehmern
  • Kontrolle der ausgeführten Leistungen, Mengen und Termine
  • Aufmaß und Vorbereitung der Abrechnung
  • Erkennen, Dokumentieren und Kalkulieren von Nachträgen
  • Materialermittlung, Einkauf und Disposition
  • kaufmännische Projekt- und Kostenkontrolle

Der Schwerpunkt der Position liegt in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Koordination, Kontrolle und kaufmännischen Begleitung der Projekte.

Polnische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil,  da wir mit polnischsprachigen Nachunternehmerteams zusammenarbeiten.
