  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf (z.B. Maurer, Stahl- und Betonbauer, Zimmerer (w/m/d), etc.)
  • eine Weiterbildung zum Bautechniker, Bauingenieur, Maurer- und/oder Betonbauermeister oder Polier (w/m/d)
  • idealerweise Projektleitererfahrung
  • ein hohes Maß an kunden- und unternehmensorientiertem Denken
  • eine hohe Eigenverantwortung und Sozialkompetenz
