  • Wir bieten Engineering und Beratungsleistungen für Energieerzeugungsanlagen und Kraftwerke über den gesamten Projekt-LifeCycle an. Hierbei unterstützen wir unsere Kunden als Generalplaner bei der Entwurfs-, Konzept- und Ausführungsplanung im Rahmen von vollumfänglichen Projektdienstleistungen oder auch Einzelaufträgen. Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Büro in Nürnberg einen Projektleiter Bautechnik:

## Aufgaben:

  • Fachprojektleitung Bautechnik von Kraftwerks- und Anlagenbauprojekten
  • Abarbeitung der Leistungen in Anlehnung an die HOAI
  • Abwicklung von Genehmigungsverfahren und Bauanträgen
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Führung des internen Teams zur Erstellung von Objektplänen und Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Kostenschätzung für den Bauteil und Aufwandschätzung für die bautechnische Planung
  • Unterstützung bei Angebotsprojekten

## Anforderungen:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Bautechnik oder Architektur
  • Kenntnisse über deutsche Genehmigungsverfahren und Auflagen
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
