## Aufgaben

  • Gesamtprojektleitung und Vorbereitung der Auftragsvergabe von Bauleistungen
  • Steuerung der Planungsarbeiten (LPH 4–5)
  • Koordination von Vergabeleistungen (LPH 6–7)
  • Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe von Sanierungs- und Neubauprojekten im Wohnungs- sowie Gewerbebau
  • Leitung des Projektteams sowie Projektverantwortung für Budget, Termine und Qualität
  • Koordination der externen Fachplaner und Gutachter
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Behörden in Genehmigungsverfahren
  • Unterstützung des Sales Managements im Ver- und Ankauf
